The LightHammer 10 Mark III is the most advanced smart microwave-powered UV curing system. With sensors in both the irradiator and the solid-state power supply, it is IoT-enabled for today’s Digitization Roadmap. By monitoring real-time system performance, users can minimize downtime and optimize processes while reducing operating costs. Systems can be combined to increase curing width or around complex parts.

  • System parameters can be monitored via the optional Advanced Intelligent Monitoring System (AIMS®) software or your own software.
  • Data can be used for system performance monitoring, system diagnostics and predictive maintenance, and much more.
  • The intelligent Irradiator offers the same form and fit of existing LHI10 Mark II irradiators and can be a direct replacement for an existing Mark II irradiator.
