Fusion UV Power Supply Towers and Cabinets
Our Fusion UV power supply towers or cabinets are ideal for multisystem microwave-powered UV curing system installations. The power supply tower or closed cabinet is used to house power supplies, enabling a single point for electrical power connections and control.
Excelitas offers the option of a power supply tower as an open stand or a closed cabinet for a Modular Power Supply Enclosure (MPE). Both options are designed to house multiple power supplies for microwave UV curing systems.
Power Supply Towers
Our power supply towers are available in both wide and narrow versions and can accommodate various combinations of up to five LightHammer® 10 Mark III, LightHammer H6 Mark II, P600M, P300, or Semray CPS3 power supplies. An optional Power Distribution Box allows for the control and protection of up to five power supplies with a single switch. Additionally, an optional emergency stop (E-Stop) feature provides a “hard” stop circuit, enabling the quick shutdown of the irradiators in case of an emergency.
Modular Power Supply Enclosure Cabinets
The Modular Power Supply Enclosure (MPE) cabinet offers centralized control for multiple microwave-powered UV curing systems, allowing for remote or direct access from the front of the cabinet. Depending on the power supply model, users can manage between four to ten systems, with options for PLC and touchscreen control. Additionally, these MPSE cabinets serve as a single point for customer power connections and provide clean, filtered air for the power supplies, which is particularly beneficial in production areas where they may be exposed to dirt.
